This collaboration will enable the development of specialized training programs that will meet the needs of industry in both countries.<br><br>One of the key components of the project is the use of VR applications that enable specialized training in advanced technologies such as CNC machining, mechatronics, robotics, automation and laser applications. This innovative approach to education reduces the skills gap and ensures that the workforce is prepared to use the latest technologies in manufacturing processes.<br><br>RE@CT relies on a combination of existing and new resources for education and vocational training to stimulate innovation and create an environment that supports growth and development. Emphasis is placed on specialization, mutual cooperation between different institutions and sustainable use of resources. Through these activities, the project aims to create a competitive regional ecosystem that can attract investment, stimulate economic growth and improve the quality of life in local communities.
